I made a fried green tomato-goat cheese pie last night for dinner.

It was so good I was thinking about how I could have another piece for breakfast today.

Ah, that moment has arrived. Goat cheese: Ecstasy. Combined with green tomato? Indescribable.

Plus we had a good night last night in the elections, too! Goat cheese, Dem wins, how can life get any better?

Dark Chinese tea and a mandarin, too. Whole toasted almonds.
