My mom made a wonderful sourdough bread , but no one ever got her recipe ☹️
And the only thing I know about it bc I asked was what she fed the starter and she told me she used instant mashed potato flakes . 😐

I always wondered if that was her great secret ingredient and have asked others and no one ever used it .
