I used a Dollar store small spray bottle to spritz olive oil on phyllo dough sheets [View all]
between layers, I thought it cut done on the mess when using a brush. Just saying.
You almost need two people for phyllo dough, one to pull a sheet and place in the pan and the other person to cover up the dough. It tears so easy.
