Omelet Waffles with.
3 large eggs
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp. chopped ham
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar
2 tsp. Freshly chopped parsley
Cooking spray

(baked in waffle iron)

Orange juice

Whole wheat toast with strawberry jam

Coffee
