A little fresh basil on top and a pinch more salt is perfect. Wish I would have used that third ear of corn, but that’s ok. The spicy factor is just right. Had the sriracha on stand by, just in case, but don’t need it.

I’m going to freeze half and enjoy the heck out of the other half the next couple days.
So grateful for the help and a delicious dinner.
