I used an infographic recipe because there are so many steps in kombucha that I feel like I get lost in the text. Also you have to wait and by the time I've done the waiting, I forgot where I was. It's easier to annotate an infographic recipe than a text recipe.

Actually once you do it a few times, you don't even need a recipe.

I didn't use a powdered kombucha package, but I ordered a scoby off Amazon that I had used before.
