I think I spelled that correctly!

Chicken breast filets, egged then dusted with flour and then sautéed in olive oil, butter, garlic, salt and pepper. At the end, add the capers and lemon slices.

Served with steamed broccoli florets and risotto.

Dark chocolate and red wine for dessert.

Have I mentioned we love being home?!
