Cold meatloaf sandwich on 1/2 ciabatta. Raw onion, mayo, lettuce. Cherry tomatoes on the side with sliced basil.

Spaghetti squash tossed with basil pesto and topped with parmesan.

Pepsi no sugar.

Dessert: Cold coffee and a Zaini chocolate.
