Iceberg lettuce
Diced cucumbers
Diced green peppers
Diced tomatoes
Extra Sharp shredded cheddar cheese
Sliced hard boiled egg
Scoop of cottage cheese
Top with ranch dressing

Ice cold Pepsi

P.S. For lunch all of the above on cheesy Doritos smothered with homemade taco filling topped with Extra Sharp shredded cheddar cheese. Killer taco salad !!!!!!!!!!!
