It's pretty much only south of TN/KY and east of TX; you can find Duke's pretty much anywhere south of the Mason-Dixon Line. That said, my homemade not-quite-Duke's-not-quite-Blue Plate is the best, duh.

And yes, white bread, not overly crusty - but GOOD white bread. If you have a local bakery that makes "Puillman" loaves, you're golden.
