What's for Dinner, Mon. June 12, 2023 [View all]

Palak paneer, but it's a complicated recipe and I don't think I'll get it done tonight. Will start it, anyway.

If I fail to finish, I'll just have a turkey sandwich with avocado, tomato, and lettuce. Maybe turkey bacon. I went to Aldi today and got their new low carb hamburger roll (4 net carbs!)

Dessert: "nice" cream. It's Greek yogurt with frozen banana and frozen mango, whirled up in the blender.
Made a big pot of tea; this kind is called The Flors.
