due to kitty accident this a.m. as well as other absurd ones (who spills hair de-frizz on the floor in the middle of the night?) I had to clean up messes until 10:30 and I am HUNGRY.

Fortunately an easy breakfast was assembled: cottage cheese with chopped scallion over the top, S & P, cold sweet peppers, and a wheat cracker. Basil ginger kombucha.

Decaf later.
