I agree with you on the spinach. I planted a lot of chard this year and also spinach. I had more luck with the chard, so I'll have plenty for the season. But actually, I prefer the spinach. I just can't get it to grow as well. What I did grow went to seed in no time at all.

No ricotta in this dish?
