1. Sounds great. Maybe I'll use swiss chard instead of kale.

I really like the fact that we can saute the swiss chard stems and throw them in - nothing wasted.

I was planning on making some saag (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saag) and adding toasted almonds and air-fried tempeh - with rice.
