What's for Dinner, Sat., May 13, 2023 [View all]
Shrimpburger on naan bread. Made ginger sesame mayo for the base and chopped up scallion to sprinkle over it.
Made a new fennel-apple salad and used balsamic syrup on it, which combines nicely with goat cheese. Sprinkled toasted cashews, pistachios, and walnuts for the top.
Dessert: mango and Greek honey yogurt. Sweet 'n Spicy Good Earth tea.
