What's for Dinner, Sat., May 6, 2023 [View all]

I was thinking about making a Buddha bowl and I have all the ingredients but realized I didn't really want that.

So I've opted for Asian sticky chicken thighs, except I have to go to the Whole Foods. Here are the ingredients, which I will just be putting in the slow cooker. I'm going to make quite a few to enjoy over the weekend.

chicken thighs
grated ginger
minced garlic
ketchup
sriracha
honey
cilantro

Prol'ly have couscous on the side.

Had a big salad for lunch, so nuttin' else.

For dessert, I'm having a fudgesicle. The ones I got from Aldi are super-good; I was surprised by the quality. And only 90 calories!!! (Fit and Active label)

Will have with decaf coffee.
