Roasted portobellos with minced garlic and the chopped stem over the top, along with melted Swiss cheese.

Brussels sprouts with balsamic glaze.

Shrimp salad over tossed greens. Cornbread muffins with green chile peppers and cheddar cheese cubes.

Peanut butter cookies and hot chocolate (it's cool here!)
