What's for Dinner, Mon., May 1, 2023 [View all]

Lamb brochette using ingredients from Saturday's gathering: first a zucchini cube, then lamb, which has been tossed in a mixture of black garlic aioli and olive oil. The rest is cherry tomatoes, onion, and yellow pepper slices.

I'm not grilling them, however, just roasting them in the oven.

Baby romaine salad with gruyere, bacon bits, and radishes. Using shallots and the greens from my garden. The radishes I planted have not come up. I can never grow radishes, grrr. So I had to buy them.

Tangerine/passion fruit kombucha.

Decaf coffee and blackberries and shortbread for dessert, if I have it. I always think I'm going to but then I'm never hungry enough to make it.
