almond milk
frozen blueberries (no need for ice) occasional vary it with frozen cherries, raspberries, blackberries, etc
pre and probiotic
agave inulin
Garden of Life protein with greens


my daughter's is
coffee
almond milk
collagen
mushrooms and maca
