What's for Dinner, Mon., April 24, 2023 [View all]

Appetizer: sheep & goat cheese with crackers. Sicilian green olives.

Linguine with clams. Lemon, parsley, garlic.

Tossed green salad with lemon olive oil vinaigrette.

Lamb kebabs (grilled) with sauerkraut-flavored mustard. Also white pumpkin almond and almond murabba.

RG having white wine; I'm having tart cherry kombucha.

Dessert:

Sicilian pistachio spread on Rainforest crackers. Dessert wine, decaf coffee for me.
