4. Mushroom souffle and fried cabbage

My daughter brought a carton of eggs. I had some leftovers to use up, so made a mushroom souffle with those. I got a head of cabbage the other day, so while I was in the kitchen, made a pan of cabbage fried with bacon, onion, garlic and spices. I used up some fresh spinach in both recipes. No cooking tomorrow!
