1. we love beef and green beans at the local Chinese restaurant

so today got a pound and half fresh green beans
with some mushrooms onions and garlic
beef was some London Broil sliced thin
O my goodness it was soooo good
put the green beans in the microwave for 2 minute
just to steam em .. then put it in with the beef
and onions with gravy ... my new favorite.
