5. Chicken pot pie

Thawed some of the leftover Easter capon to have in this. We like a homemade biscuit topping. I might chop a little cabbage and make a vinaigrette for it, just to have something crunchy. But I made potluck food today for tomorrow, so maybe not. I put together a Mississippi pot roast, made a keto broccoli salad, and made a chocolate buttercream and frosted cupcakes (also a leftover from Easter that I froze).
