The couple on the catamaran next to us are coming over for dinner. One of the great joys of sailboat cruising is meeting new people. And eating great food!

Appetizers
Cold seafood platter of shrimp, raw oysters & clams and fresh anchovies (not salty!). Bread & butter.

Entree
Grilled NY strip steaks served with marinated and grilled potato wedges. Boston Bibb salad with cherry tomatoes, red onion and Balsamic dressing.

Dessert
Rainstorm ice cream. We're just south of Miami and there has been a ton of rain this past week. Rainstorm ice cream is vanilla ice cream slightly melted with caramel syrup drizzled on top along with chocolate sprinkles. It kind of looks like the shoreline!
