or Indian stew of lamb cooked with greens, in this case, the leftover lamb from Sunday and the Swiss chard from the garden, which is starting to bolt. We went from winter to summer in the space of a week, and all the plants are out of whack.

Also rice, yogurt, and some chutneys and pickles.
