4. Asparagus Goat Cheese Tart

I was so tired after I finished it last night that I didn't even have a single piece.

It's warming up in the oven right now, however. I decided to use parsley since I "lost" my thyme that I was going to use. Parsley will be fine; I've found numerous recipes that combine asparagus and parsley.

The goat cheese is laced with honey. I'll sprinkle freshly ground black pepper over the top.
