8. pork roast

We got a HUGE one from the food pantry a couple of weeks ago. It was frozen. Al had a tool to cut the frozen roast into 4 smaller ones.

We'll have that w/ mashed potatoes and steamed carrots & cauliflower.

Brownies for dessert.

Dad had a breaded/baked pork chop, macaroni and cheese, and sauteed Brussels sprouts (w/ onions and garlic)
