Basically, the clinics, to protect themselves from such crazy lawsuits, will have patients sign forms waiving such claims. But Grall still wins because they get this "mental injury" wording in front of the patient, in essence forcing clinics to be the messengers of forced birthers' propaganda.. The claim that abortion causes mental injury to women is total bullshit.
