8. I give myself a good shake (mentally, of course) whenever it threatens me.

I'm a retired RN. So I know what's up and pretty much what to expect. This is my "rational" side.

But I can be irrational too, and that's when the mental shake comes in.

Otherwise, I'm reading old books, taking photos or processing them, posting them too! Music streams over my computer and I love that!

So far, I'm OK.
