Is it typical to see 1-2 star ratings online for Behavioral Health [View all]

Hospitals? I mean for inpatient stays for 1 week to 1 month to work on depression, self-injurious behaviors, substance abuse, behavior modification, etc.

I am reviewing facilities in case someone close to me needs help. The facilities that are in-network have some 5 star ratings, but also lots of 1 and 2 star ratings. Some of it is easily dismissed, like for food choices. Other stuff, where it appears patient rights have been violated or they have been abused, is scary.

Any advice on what to not look at and what I should be reviewing?
