It's so right. Kindness is something we can all do better at being.

I always try to remember to be kind. I've had enough unkindness directed at me that I know how much it can hurt, or even damage. So I always try to be kind.

I think it was Emerson who said: "Life is short, but there's always time for courtesy." You can substitute the word kindness there and it works just as well.
