Zoloft worked for me for a few years, then wore off. My doc had to replace it with another med. I forget which one. It does happen. Perhaps your dosage needs to be increased or he/she needs to supplement it with another one. I take Venlafaxine and Bupropion for my depression, so it is possible to need two instead of just one.
