6. Please let go of the guilt

Taking care of our self is required. How else can we hope to care for those we love? I remind myself of what they say on a plane. If you are traveling with a child or someone who needs assistance and the oxygen mask drops down, put yours on first. It's not selfish, it's just ensuring you will be able to care for them. Enjoy your well deserved vacation.
