2. How I wish there was a solution

for both of us. I've been doing this for over 50 years. Average 2-4 per week. I'm not used to it by any means, after all this time. I've come to expect it. I let the tears flow to get it out of my system. But, it usually stays with me emotionally all day. I know exactly what you are talking about.
