I'm at the point where NOTHING is easing my red-line anxiety [View all]

I see my therapist on the 8th.

Meanwhile, I'll just have to cope. I did manage to eat a bagel without throwing up, which is something stress and anxiety tend to trigger.

I'm fighting the urge to go back to bed. Unfortunately, I've got too much stuff to take care of. If the grass dries enough, I'll mow the lawns. If it warms up enough I'll do some garden work. I am forcing myself to NOT watch the news. Distract, distract, distract.

Everyone is busy, this weekend, so I'm on my own and it's going to rain. I'll try losing myself by binge watching SOMETHING. Maybe dig around On Demand for some good classic films. Hopefully the kidcats will accommodate my current emotional state and cuddle instead of cause mischief. Well, I can dream, can't I?

This is definitely not how I planned spending my waning years on earth. My kidcats deserve much better.
