Shop around.

That night guard/splint fee is ridiculous - even including all the diagnostic impressions/models and planning.
Labs only charge about $200 for the appliances.

Around $2k per crown is about the going rate. And that is too much, imo.
The lab fee for the crowns is less than $100 per crown, unless they are all-ceramic (zirconia for back teeth), where the lab fee might be $150.


Definitely shop around.
Get all of the diagnostic materials this DDS has made. They are yours, if you've paid up front diagnostic/office fees.
Take them to any prospective doctors you might be considering.
Pay attention to the complete treatment plans.
