7. Meds are helpful in my personal experience, and much preferable to the psych ward.

Nothing wrong with the psych ward if you need it, but landing there will stress out all the people who love you, speaking again from personal experience.

Never hesitate to ask for or accept help. I learned that lesson a long time ago the hard way.
