And, they usually execute the person they were supposed to be assisting. THAT is what needs to change most of all... we need agencies that are equipped and trained to handle this type of domestic issue. NOT the gung-ho Chuck Norris wannabes who are looking for any excuse to establish their 'authoritai' over anyone who does not fall prone when they arrive on the scene.

Just my opinion of course.
