5. Have you tried exercise?

I don't mean running miles or lifting weights, just getting more moment in your day. I've found that I do better when I keep moving.
If you have some physical problems, there are still ways to move more than you do now.

You might look into trying an occupational therapist. They work with all kinds and levels of activities. Moving more can help with sleep and anxiety.
