For some reason, I can't drink enough green tea (5 cups/day), but I found a high quality, reasonably priced green tea supplement that will have the same effect without causing the jittery feeling.

Sadly, as the article states, the 5 risk factors usually don't cause symptoms...

Needless to say, I have all 5 risk factors.

So, I'm trying to be proactive here.
