I bought a 35 cent notebook during back to school and took my BP around 7 AM and 7 PM every day with an inexpensive wrist BP monitor. I made a copy for my doc and gave it to her every 3 months.

It was low tech and cost almost nothing.

I am certain there are apps and devices out there, but the reinforcement of physically writing the numbers got me to get off my butt and walk and exercise.

Lost some weight and got the BP under control so she gave me the green light to stop tracking.
