Ariel chardonnay is one of the best I've found and I really like it. Sightlines makes a nice pinot Grigio. Both have trace amounts of alcohol (less than 0.5%) and I know that is an issue for some folks, but if it's not an issue for you I recommend either of those.

I know what you mean, I quit drinking 30 years ago and the first few years were very tough. I never think about it now

After a while the alcohol-free versions of beer and wine taste better than the real stuff.
