I've been blessed to have never picked up that habit. I ought to have given that each of my step brothers and sister did and we lived in the middle class version of Hell. I've always credited it to my mother, she was 36 when she died, of status asthmaticus, and she smoked. I was only eight and the connection always stayed with me.

But I think this is a topic that really needs bumping. So there ya go!
