Painting has been very therapeutic for me [View all]
Before I got out of rehab, my counselor asked me what I was going to do with my time. I hadn't really given it much thought so I blurted out "Painting!" Well, after a couple months, I felt guilty about not taking up painting, so I bought some supplies and started teaching myself. Then I started a blog where I posted my finished works. Wow! When I look back at my earlier paintings it's almost embarrassing. I think I've come a long way, but I still have a long way to go. Here's a link to my blog:
