5. I found the rating system useless. All the five star ratings were just lame Hallmark type plots.

That's how it was 4 or 5 years ago for us anyway.

Now we just read the short description, look at the actors, give it a try if it passes the that first filter.

We can generally see if we'll like it in about 10 minutes.
