good enough that you might have gotten back to sleep after an hour of kitty vids or whatever.

My worst one was the pneumonia shot when I was just getting over the third pneumonia that year. Proximity to illness or prior vaccination can make a difference since your immune system overreacts to something it sees as reinfection with a bug it just disposed of.
