on your way to trying to duplicate the H. erectus diet that we are not designed to emulate and which made the former owner of at least one skeleton that has been excavated extremely ill, the vitamin A toxicity showing up in his oddly swollen bones.

I don't care what this twit eats or doesn't eat. I do care that he's got followers, although I['m sure most of them just watch his vids and reach for the beer and chips, they're not as crazy as he thinks they are.

The OP has likely reached the correct conclusion.
