27. Make sure nothing you consume has High Fructose Corn Syrup or MSG.

Both of those are terrible at night when you want to crash. High Fructose corn syrup triggers rapid heartbeat and racing thoughts. Same with MSG, it won’t let you fall into real sleep and it causes bad, vivid dreams.
