Is there a difference in the way the Pfizer and the Moderna vaccines are administered? [View all]

We have seen photos of the Pfizer as a shot to the upper arm, like a flu vaccine.

But a photo of the Moderna, below, looks like infusing into a vein, with one of those rubber bands tightening it.



My veins are not accessible. When I need to have blood withdrawn, they go to the back of my hand..
