It's a crime that organizations such as Goodwill can pay sub minimum wage under the guide of "training".

It's wage theft, pure and simple.

BTW, for those that don't know, wage theft is the most expensive crime in the US, far more costly than the "smash and grab" incidents that catch the headlines...
